If this is Mac only, can my PC friends receive my files?

Of course they can! If they can browse the web, they can download your files!

What are you going to do with my files?

NOTHING! We'll never do anything with your files except serve them to the people who have the provided link. Read our privacy policy for more information on this.

How fast are the servers?

Pretty fast! Obviously it will be different for everyone; so try it out for yourself! If you notice it to be slow, please let us know and we'll provision our servers correctly to improve the quality of our service.

Will my files ever be deleted?

Files will be pruned on a per-server basis as quotas near. We can guarantee that all files will remain online for at least 30 days. Beyond that, the bigger files are removed first, so small images will generally escape pruning.

Are there any bandwidth restrictions?

Not really, although, there will always be situations where we have no choice but to limit file access. QuickShareIt is intended to be used as an easy way to move files; however, users are free to use it as they wish.

Can I host my website with QuickShareIt?

No, not really. While you can hot link images that you upload to us, we don't serve HTML or anything other than an image for that matter. When you "QuickShare" a file that's not an image, it gets zipped up before it's uploaded.
